We are conveniently located at street level directly below the QV1 car park. We are on the right hand side just past The Melbourne Hotel and Budget Car Rentals. Our nearest cross streets are Milligan and Hay.
Limited ticket parking is available on Hay Street. There are two Wilson car parks located on Murray Street directly behind our Practice, one of which is the QV1 Car Park; the other is the Elder Street Car Park (which has entrance points on Elder Street and Murray Street).
The Red Cat 2 (Free CBD Transit) bus also runs directly past our practice.

We understand that your time is important and we will be as punctual as possible. We respectfully ask that all treatment be paid for at the time of treatment or in advance of treatment. We accept the following methods of payment:
We also have a HICAPS terminal which will make claiming your private health insurance rebate trouble-free. Remember to bring your health fund card to every appointment!
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so or missed appointments will incur a fee. Emergency circumstances will be considered. We strive to stay on schedule, and should we be delayed or need to change an appointment, we will contact you.
